By accessing or using projexions.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase our products. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and purchasers, whether located in the United States or internationally.

2. Products and Services

Projexions sells one-time-purchase desktop software applications ("Software") and offers bookkeeping support services. Software purchases grant a license under our End User License Agreement (EULA) — not ownership of the underlying code. See the EULA for full license terms.

3. No Professional Advice

All content, tools, and software on this site are for informational and organizational purposes only. Nothing on projexions.net — including blog posts, resources, desktop applications, or consulting sessions — constitutes accounting, tax, legal, financial, or investment advice.

You are responsible for your own decisions. Consult a qualified professional before making tax, legal, or financial decisions.

4. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or systematically collect content from this site
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Projexions software
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any software or digital product purchased from Projexions
• Use this site or our products for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks associated with this site

Software use is further governed by the EULA. Violations may result in termination of your license.

5. Disclaimers

This site and all products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Projexions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, tax penalties, business interruption, or any other losses arising from your use of this site or our products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amounts you paid to Projexions in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Projexions and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the site or products, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

8. Third-Party Services

Purchases on this site are processed by Gumroad. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Gumroad's terms of service and privacy policy. Projexions does not store your payment card information. Other third-party services (such as email and hosting providers) may also process limited data on our behalf, each subject to their own terms.

9. Refunds

Digital product purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. We offer a 7-day refund window for products that have a material defect or do not function as described. We do not issue refunds for change of mind after download.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
