Our refund terms for Projexions desktop software purchases.

Digital Products — All Sales Are Licenses
All Projexions products are digital goods — desktop software applications delivered as downloadable files. Purchases grant a license to use the software under our End User License Agreement. There are no physical items and no returns in the traditional sense.
When We Issue Refunds
We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase in the following circumstances:
- The product has a material defect or does not function as described on the product page
- You are unable to download or install the product due to a technical issue on our end that we cannot resolve
- You made a duplicate purchase of the same product
We do not issue refunds because you changed your mind, found a different solution, or no longer need the product after download.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@projexions.net within 7 days of your purchase with:
- Your order ID (from your Gumroad confirmation email)
- The email address used at checkout
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Gumroad and typically appear within 3–5 business days depending on your bank.
Gumroad's Role
Purchases are processed by Gumroad. Refunds are issued through Gumroad's platform and are subject to their payment processing policies in addition to ours. If you purchased through Gumroad directly, you may also contact Gumroad support.
