License & EULA
End User License Agreement for Projexions desktop software.
Last updated: March 2026
California residents (AB 2426 notice): When you "buy" a Projexions product, you are obtaining a license to use the software — not ownership of the underlying code or content. Access is subject to the terms below. See Section 10 for full disclosure.
1. License Grant
Upon purchase, Projexions grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-seat license to install and use the purchased software on devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes.
This is a license, not a sale. Projexions retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in the software.
2. Permitted Use
- Install and use the software on your own devices
- Use the software for your own personal or business record-keeping and organizational workflows
- Create outputs (reports, exports, documents) for your own use or for your clients in the normal course of your work
- Make a backup copy of the software for archival purposes
3. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the software or your license key to any third party
- Share your license key publicly or make it available to others
- Upload the software or its source files to any public repository
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Bundle or incorporate the software into a competing product or service
- Use the software for any unlawful purpose
4. Updates and Future Versions
Your license includes updates and bug fixes released for the current major version of the product. Projexions reserves the right to release future major versions as separate purchases. We will not remove or disable your existing downloaded version.
Projexions may discontinue development or support for a product at any time. This does not affect your right to continue using the version you purchased.
5. Support
We provide email support for licensed users at info@projexions.net. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Support is provided on a best-effort basis and does not include a guaranteed response time or resolution.
6. Termination
Your license terminates automatically if you violate any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy any copies in your possession. Projexions may revoke access to download links where technically feasible.
7. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Projexions retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the software, including all intellectual property rights. This license does not convey any ownership rights to you.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use of the software is at your own risk.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
10. California AB 2426 — Digital Goods License Disclosure
Under California Assembly Bill 2426, sellers of digital goods must clearly disclose when a purchase grants a license rather than ownership. The following applies to all Projexions software purchases:
- When you "buy" a Projexions product, you receive a license to use the software — not ownership of the software itself.
- Your access and use are subject to the terms of this End User License Agreement.
- Projexions retains all rights to the underlying code and content.
- Your license may be terminated if you violate the terms of this agreement.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these license terms.
