The problem: no workflow, only prompts

Most people are already using AI tools without any formal guidance. They type random questions, get inconsistent answers, and assume every model is interchangeable. Then they're surprised when AI leaks or fabricates details — or when employees paste sensitive data into public chatbots.

You're not behind because you're not "smart" with AI. You're behind because no one has designed a sane workflow for you.

AI-Workflow Audit

For teams that know AI should help — but aren't sure where to start.

Quote starting from $1,500
  • We map your critical workflows — onboarding, support, ops, compliance, trading, or whatever domain you care about.
  • We flag where AI fits — and where it shouldn't. You get a clear "AI-needs vs. human-needs" diagram and a small action plan.
  • We show you the gaps — where you're over-relying on ChatGPT-style guessing, where consistency is breaking down, and where data is at risk.
  • Deliverable — A written audit report with a prioritized action plan. No new platform to learn, no retainer required.

Prompt Strategy & Templates

For teams that need consistent, repeatable AI outputs — not one-off guesses.

Quote starting from $2,000
  • Role-specific prompt libraries — We design templates tailored to your roles: sales, support, product, finance, internal tools, or trading teams.
  • Chained workflows — We show you how to connect prompts into repeatable processes instead of isolated one-offs.
  • Guardrails baked in — Fallback-to-human rules, data-handling warnings, and clear boundaries on what not to do with public models.
  • Deliverable — A prompt library you can plug directly into your team's tools, docs, and workflows. Ready to use on day one.

AI-Tutoring & Onboarding Layers

For SaaS companies and teams that want to teach — not just answer.

Quote from $3,000
  • AI-powered onboarding for your SaaS users — structured flows that teach how your product works, not just answer questions.
  • Compliance and ops-workflow tutors for your internal team — so people learn the process, not just click around a chatbot.
  • Lesson → quiz → recap loops — each layer is designed as a guided sequence so your team retains it.
  • No new LMS required — We plug into your existing stack. Notion, your dashboard, your docs, wherever your team already lives.
  • AI-skills upskilling focused on role-specific tasks, not AI theory. Your sales team learns to use AI for sales. Your support team learns for support.

How it works

  • Discovery call — You tell us what you want to improve: onboarding, support, ops, trading-team skills, etc.
  • Workflow audit — We map your current state and show you where AI can plug in safely and repeatably.
  • Design & build — We design prompts, flows, and AI-tutoring layers. You choose how tightly they're embedded in your stack.
  • Launch & iterate — We hand you clear instructions, templates, and rationale. You can iterate with us as your team's usage evolves.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need to be a technical company?

No. The audit and prompt-strategy work applies to any business — agencies, consulting firms, SaaS companies, trading teams, and small-to-mid-size operations. If your team is using AI informally right now, that's exactly the stage where this helps most.

Will you build us a chatbot?

That depends on what you actually need. Most teams don't need a custom chatbot — they need structured prompts and clearer workflows inside tools they already use. If a chatbot is the right solution after the audit, we'll say so. If it isn't, we'll say that too.

Which AI models do you work with?

We're model-agnostic. Most prompt and workflow design applies across OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others. Part of the audit is helping you understand which model is actually suited to your task — not just defaulting to whatever you've heard of.

We already use ChatGPT Enterprise. Do we still need this?

Enterprise access doesn't solve the workflow problem. It handles data privacy at the infrastructure level, but your team still needs structured prompts, clear boundaries, and consistent processes. That's the layer we design.

How long does a workflow audit take?

Most audits are scoped to one to two weeks from the discovery call to the written deliverable. Larger organizations with more complex workflows may take longer — we'll scope it clearly before starting.

Is this a retainer or a one-time engagement?

All three services are project-scoped by default — fixed deliverable, agreed price, no ongoing commitment. Some clients come back as their team's usage grows or when they want to add a new workflow layer. That's your call, not a built-in billing structure.

What do we need to have ready before starting?

Nothing special. For the audit, a brief description of the workflows you want to improve is enough. We ask the questions and do the mapping. For prompt strategy, access to a few real examples of what your team currently asks AI to do helps us move faster.

All engagements are operational and workflow-design in nature. We do not provide legal, compliance, financial, or regulatory advice. Prices listed are starting points — final scope is agreed before any work begins.
